One year on and back to Babur with the Adams boys for Mr Smith's birthday testimonial. Well worth a trip to Brockley for the quite superb food. Thanks to all the extra pedalling the blood sugar seems to be behaving itself again - something of a relief after scaling some rather dizzier heights post-Lefkada. Respect due to Leiston Town FC for beating Lewes and making it to the first round proper of the FA Cup tonight.

Curry Up Harry
The four horsemen of the apocalypse (Catford branch) gathered in Brockley last night for a curry to honour Mr Smith's birthday. Very good food indeed and a right old laugh to boot.
